The primary objective was to improve UrbanNest Co-Living’s local search rankings and online visibility. By optimizing their website for location-based searches, we aimed to attract potential tenants actively looking for shared living spaces. Additionally, the project focused on increasing organic traffic, improving local listings, and driving more inquiries.
One of the key challenges was competing with larger real estate platforms in local search rankings. Additionally, inconsistent business listings and lack of localized content were limiting their visibility to potential tenants.
We implemented a comprehensive Local SEO strategy, optimizing UrbanNest Co-Living’s Google Business Profile and ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories. Location-based keyword strategies and locally optimized content were incorporated to improve rankings. Additionally, positive review generation and local link-building efforts helped increase credibility and search performance.
